Deep tissue massage

This type of full body massage is therapeutic in nature. It involves warming the tissue of the body with wide strokes and friction. Once the muscle tissue is prepared, deeper pressure is applied to work the belly of the muscle as well as attachments. This massage is ideal for athletes, to decrease scar tissue, and for the release of trigger points that are the cause of many aches and pains.

Hot stone massage

This can be done in conjunction with either Swedish or deep tissue massage. It incorporates the use of very warm stones that, when placed on the body, provide stimulation to the circulatory system and aid in the softening of the muscle tissue. When making an appointment, please specify whether you would prefer Swedish or deep tissue massage with the hot stone treatment.

Swedish massage

This popular full body massage is known for its long and relaxing strokes that promote and improve circulation, health, and well being. It's known as a sedative type of massage, as the pressure is not as deep as with a deep tissue massage.

Mini facial

Relax and enjoy this half hour, three-step service, which consists of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Included is 10 minutes at the warm facial steamer and 15 minutes of relaxing massage on your face, neck, and shoulders. Set in a private room with soft lighting and relaxing music to enhance your experience.

Deluxe facial

Relax and enjoy this total pampering. One hour consisting of six steps of cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, 15 minutes at the warm facial steamer, and 30 minutes of relaxing massage on your face, neck, and shoulders. Almond spa manicure

Escape, inhale, relax, and indulge yourself with a soak in an almond milk bath, followed by an almond milk scrub to polish and condition the skin. Then an almond illuminating masque with hot mitts, and an almond hydrating lotion hand massage. Shaping of the nails, cuticles pushed back, and choice of polish. Your hands will feel and look like they have been on vacation.
