Cindy Lutwiller - Owner / Stylist

Cindy has been cutting and styling hair since the mid 70's, and opened Shear Emotion & Caribbean Sun Tanning in 1998. She is a graduate of Wemoco Occupational Tech Center in Spencerport, and has completed the Matrix Institute of Professional Development Salon Psychology course. She keeps up with new trends and products by frequently attending hair shows and educational seminars, and encourages shadow programs for individuals seeking salon development.

Cindy believes in giving back to the local community, and as such has sponsored fund raisers for the American Breast Cancer, Sally Edelman Cancer Foundation, and numerous local customers and friends to help with medical conditions or needs. The salon also supports local school functions, Miss America Teen pageants, golf, hunting, and softball teams.

Karmen Quinn - Nail Technician / Waxing Specialist

Karmen has been a nail technician since 2005 and a waxing specialist since 2006. She specializes in:
